Commissioner Sandy Murman attended a scholarship reception at Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School to present a Florida PrePaid Scholarship to graduating senior Sarah Metayer. On hand for the presentation were Kimberly Jowell, President of the Hillsborough Education Foundation, Wylms & Andrea Metayer, parents of recipient, and Laura & Kim Brannan, daughter and widow of Scholarship Honoree John Brannan. Commissioner Murman is a Florida PrePaid Foundation Board Member.
