“Hillsborough County Small Business Economic Development” – Bill creates an increase in waiver of bond payments for work done on public structures for economic development.

“City of Tampa Police and Pension Fund Contract” – Bill provides for changes to the police and fire pension benefits – increases the multiplier effective October 1, 2004 for all years of service for those currently employed by the City as of October 1, 2003.
